"The Riley Law Firm was established to save school districts money while delivering high quality legal services. It is my belief that school districts will continue to experience minimal increases in state financial support (the recent spending limitations supports this belief), additional unfunded mandates, and a cash-strapped electorate that will only be able to express its frustrations with politicians by voting against school levies. School Districts will need to continue to analyze ways to trim expenses. One option is to analyze their spending for legal counsel and determine if there are more cost efficient methods to procure the same services. I believe that School Districts need to adopt a general counsel approach. Find a smart lawyer to take care of the vast majority of legal issues and bring in the high cost law firms for special projects."
